Read the page, search the register, then ask us for the certificate. We email the documents with your written quote, so you hire a crew you already checked.

Industry certification
Certificate III qualification, and what it actually covers
These are the general industry credentials we hold through Arboriculture Australia. Read what each one tests, then check the name on the Arboriculture Australia register before you book.

Certificate III qualified arborist
Arboriculture Australia
A Certified Arborist passes a written exam covering tree biology, diagnosis, pruning, soil management, installation and safe work practice, then keeps the credential current with continuing education.
It means the person who inspects your eucalypt reads the tree, not just the invoice. You can search the Arboriculture Australia register and confirm the credential before we start.

Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ)
Arboriculture Australia
TRAQ is a separate qualification on top of certification. It trains an arborist to assess a tree against a defined target, score the likelihood of failure and impact, and record the finding in a repeatable format.
This is the credential behind every written report we hand you for an insurer, a permit application or a body corporate. The method is documented, so a third party can follow it.
